This first link is to an amazing 2-minute animation done by the Flash artist Adam Phillips. He animates everything using traditional frame-by-frame animation (no key-framing or 3d animation), and still manages to change perspectives on his characters, backgrounds, etc. flawlessly. My favorite part is how he animates smoke... check it out:

I'm sure most of you have already seen this second video, but I figured it was still worth posting. Just using his insane flexiblity and dancing skills, this kid is able to make it look like he's made out of liquid or something. (Skip ahead to around 40 seconds):
